Billions of Star Seeds are born by the Galaxy Cauldron. Inside them are Heart Crystals full of light and life but only 5% of those Heart Crystals are Sailor Senshi Crystals-Souls of protection and power. Oddly every thousand years a galactic war known as "The Sailor Wars" rages on between the Sailor Crystals. Why? Will it ever end?
This a role-playing game of the Legendary Sailor Senshi Wars though time told as never before. Be prepared for Chaos and War! Be part of the Legend!
